1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Sentari website and mobile application (together, the Service), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Sentari provides:

• AI-generated buy, sell, and hold verdicts based on real-time financial news
• Optional automated trading through a linked exchange account (Kraken)
• Market context and performance-tracking tools

Sentari is not a brokerage, exchange, or financial advisor, and does not guarantee the accuracy or profitability of any signal or trade.

3. Risk Disclosure

Trading cryptocurrencies involves substantial risk. Markets can be volatile and unpredictable. You acknowledge and agree that:

• You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.
• Past performance is not indicative of future results.
• You may lose part or all of your investment.

Use of the Service is entirely at your own risk. Sentari assumes no liability for any financial losses.

4. Subscription and Billing

Sentari offers auto-renewing subscriptions that unlock live trading and premium features.

• Billing: paid plans are charged through the App Store on iOS, or through our payment provider on the web.
• Trials: where a free trial is offered, it converts to a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless you cancel before it ends.
• Renewals: subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the end of the current period.
• Management: you can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your account settings, or in your App Store settings on iOS.

No refunds are provided for unused time, partial billing periods, or cancellations made during a billing period.

5. Connecting an Exchange

Sentari can place trades on your behalf only when you connect a Kraken API key and deploy your agent. We ask you to grant trading permissions only. Sentari can never withdraw funds from your exchange. You can pause your agent or remove your keys at any time.

6. User Responsibilities

By using the Service, you agree to:

• Use the Service only for lawful purposes.
• Keep your account credentials and any linked API keys secure.
• Grant only the exchange permissions Sentari needs to trade, and never withdrawal permission.
• Monitor your account for trade activity.
• Keep your app and browser up to date.

You must not misuse the Service or interfere with its operation.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sentari and its affiliates are not liable for:

• Any direct or indirect losses, including financial loss or loss of data
• Technical failures, software bugs, or third-party outages
• Missed trades, delayed trades, or incorrect signals

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Service is to stop using it.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on the following third parties:

• Kraken, for connecting to and trading on your exchange account
• Firebase, for authentication and data storage
• Google Cloud, for backend processing
• Stripe, for web subscription billing
• Vercel, for hosting the website

Your use of these services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for a violation of these terms or for suspected misuse.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Your continued use of the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the revised terms. Please review this page periodically.
