• Your exchange API keys, stored only in encrypted form
• Usage activity, such as signals generated and trades executed
• Basic device and browser information, used for reliability and support

We use your data only to:

• Provide core features, including signal generation and automated trading
• Securely connect to your Kraken account on your behalf
• Improve the performance and reliability of the Service
• Provide support and respond to your questions

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it outside the core providers needed to run Sentari.

3. How We Protect Your Keys

Your exchange API keys are encrypted before they are stored, and we never keep them in plain text. The secret used to encrypt your keys is held on our servers and is never exposed to your browser. Because we ask you to grant trading permissions only, Sentari can never withdraw your funds.

4. Third-Party Services

We rely on the following third parties, each with its own privacy practices:

• Firebase, for authentication, database, and analytics
• Kraken, to connect to and trade on your linked exchange account
• Google Cloud, for backend processing
• Stripe, for web subscription billing
• Vercel, for hosting the website

These providers maintain their own GDPR and CCPA practices.

5. Data Retention

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we remove your personal data and encrypted credentials from our active systems.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Request access to the data we hold about you
• Delete your account and the data associated with it
• Disconnect your Kraken account at any time
